I am a Chinese, I have a GW620, I think the two machines have the same place, if you need GW620 ANDROID2.2 MOD, I can provide to you. I will try to support you.

Any support would defiantly be welcome. But I am not 100% sure if the GW620 would be a huge help, though I would definitely check it out.

Ok so one last idea. Guys, what would you prefer? having android running on these beasts of phones which in personal bench tests out done the HD2 (Again a personal benchmark gave that result) or would you rather another DS ROM? Don't get me wrong the DS Roms revolutionized this phones power, capability and popularity on XDA. I personally would be fine to have all of this forums top guys abandon their projects to cola-berate on Android!

Think about it! It would provide a future proofing to this phone and it would make future development of new android versions easier once we were to establish a base!

I think that we need to get all the top guys we can to work solely on the production of android drivers for this phone.

If we were to get the development in to motion, who knows? Maybe even the goliath developers of HD2 Android would offer some assistance to us. And not to mention, I think that if it were to happen, wed make front page on XDA and I would definitely donate something worth your time.
