Had to return mine too... Not really happy after owning 2 HTC units that i have never had a problem with... It reset itself 11 times in one day so I called LG and got an RMA. Not really impressed with LG's customer service so far either. I just hope it is all good when it comes back....
I don't think anyone is happy with their so-called customer service. Each time I've called them with an issue on the phone they either told me to contact AT&T (even though it wasn't an issue with AT&T) or I got someone that didn't even know what this phone was. One guy straight up told me that no one there had ANY experience with this phone. Total BS for the company that makes the phone to not have any tech experience with the phone.
