For the past two days my phone has been randomly rebooting.  Also, some of the menus were active while others werent (I'd click and click and it never launched).  I have done about 3 or 4 factory resets.  So I went into ATT and they took the phone to send it back.  I have insurance/warranty so it looks like it will be about 2 weeks until I get a replacement.  Dang.  Using a Samsung Omni which surprisingly, isnt a bad little phone.  This has turned out to be a far cry from my iPhone which I must say was pretty bullet proof as a device (sort of so-so as a phone).

ya me too.  A friend of mine had a brand new Samsung Omnia that I am using until my replacement arrives.  Incredible diff between WinMobile 6.5 and 6.1.  I am actually pretty impressed with the Omnia and I think if it had a slide out keyboard, could give the eXpo a run for its money.  This thing is about 9 months old but has a 5MP camera, 16GB of built-in storage, feels good in the hand, slightly smaller than the eXpo. I wish I could get WinMobile 6.5 for the thing.... Undecided

Had to return mine too... Not really happy after owning 2 HTC units that i have never had a problem with... It reset itself 11 times in one day so I called LG and got an RMA. Not really impressed with LG's customer service so far either. I just hope it is all good when it comes back....

I don't think anyone is happy with their so-called customer service. Each time I've called them with an issue on the phone they either told me to contact AT&T (even though it wasn't an issue with AT&T) or I got someone that didn't even know what this phone was. One guy straight up told me that no one there had ANY experience with this phone. Total BS for the company that makes the phone to not have any tech experience with the phone.

Agreed. It amazes me how clueless these techs are. Good thing we got communities like this to help us with problems.
