I'm trying to use the hard reset sequence from the manual. I had it work ONCE. Now I'm trying to use it again but it consistently fails after every try. Any ideas?

BTW it won't boot up pass the windows logo. Somewhat similar to Rami and his problem.

Well, first what u do is press the power button. When the orange Windows splash screen comes on,
you press in this order: [Volume Down] Button, [Multi-Task] Button, and the [End Call] Button.

Wait until the status light next to the front speaker flashes colors from red, green, and blue. It does it twice or so and then the lights turn off. Keep holding the sequence 5 seconds more after the lights turn off.

Then it should stay on the splash screen for a while until it has reset.

Hope that helps :]
