I just need to discuss this a bit more but what is going on with the LG Expo?  Why is it still out of stock and has AT&T said anything about this?

Only place I could find them was on eBay...  And they're selling for like $500+

Must say that's a really good question since even AT&T doesn't even have it on their web site anymore...

Got mine on eBay, though...

Well Amazon doesn't have them in stock and hasn't had them for a while now.  It's crazy how limited this phone is.  I've heard from others that set a pre-order about a month ago that said last they heard they'll be getting theirs in June!

I've ordered one from eBay (includes Pico Projector) at a fair price.

My brother called At&t the other day and they said they only had reserves for businesses and what not.  This phone is for "regulars" to use as well... right?

The phone is marketed towards businesses, but it can be purchased by regular people too. A lot of people got theirs from letstalk.com, amazon.com, and wirefly.com. AT&T used to have it available on their public site, but now it can only be found on their business site. I got mine off the business site right when it came out since I get a company discount.

Thanks for the reply Dark.  Good to know. Tongue

Yeah I ordered one off eBay about a day ago or so and my brother was saying it might not work for regulars... so I was a bit worried but I knew others bought it off amazon and what not.  Told him if I couldn't get it activated I'd just re-sell it on eBay for what I got it for... (or more  Wink)

But yeah, can't wait to get it.  Grin

Amazon.com shows it in stock.

Aww damn it!  I payed a little over what I would have paid if I had just waited a bit... Sad

Total price for me on the upgrade would be around $180 (with a contract extension).  Pico Projector would be around the same so that'd be about $360 (+tax) if I had got them both from an official store or amazon...

I paid around $450...  Bleh...  (For both the projector with the phone)  Oh well... you live and learn right?  I kept hearing how it was going to be a while until it came back, so I jumped on the "Buy It Now" on eBay when I saw it... >_>

Edit:  But then again I see Amazon has the phone for around $450 without a contract and I got mine without a contract as well and it included the projector.

I guess it's Ok...  I bought it and my brother said I was a moron for spending so much money on this phone but I just told him, I had to get it.

It's like with my current car.  I saw it, and I did all I could to get it.  I just had to get it...

I'm honestly hoping it goes out of stock again for a long time so I have something more unique and special for a while :p LOL

$500 is pretty much standard outright pricing these days for anything thats current and a smartphone.

This phone is unique, no doubt about it eh Wink

So I made the right choice to get it?  (God it's like I'm trying to convince myself over and over xD LOL  But then again it was quite a bit of money...)

And I don't need a data plan, right?
