Titanium

Titanium is the name that Microsoft gave their Today Screen plugin with Windows Mobile 6.5 - the glorified list that scrolls up & down and is pictured on the screens of the little eXpos next to each category on this very forum.  When you turned on your eXpo/IQ for the first time and completed the setup - Titanium is what you saw once you were done and got the main screen.

There are quite a few different Today plugins that you can use instead of Titanium. LG Idles is the name of what comes with our phones, and SPB Mobile Shell you already know - and there are tons of way to tweak, modify and skin Titanium & Mobile Shell - including a skin for Mobile Shell called Mobile Sense that I'm loving right now (I'll post a pic of that in a little bit) - it uses Mobile Shell to emulate the HTC Sense UI. For easily modifying Titanium, look on Windows Mobile Marketplace for the "Home Screen Customizer" app.

Other UI's you can check out on OpenMarket are Throttle Launcher and Touch Shell, and there are many different versions of Manila 2D/3D and HTC's Sense UI that have been ported to WVGA devices (may or may not work for eXpo - have to try for yourself) over at XDA-Developers website.
