Unresponsive Touchscreen - Need Nails/Stylus?

> Got a expo but wondering if the touch screen is really tough to use for many people with out nails or a stylus?

Mine is pretty responsive after calibrating with a paper clip and applying the various tweaks posted somewhere on this forum (I think the tweaker app already incorporates those tweaks so you definitely want to grab the tweaker app)
