I'm on AT&T and this phone has little to no support from them. As mentioned in another thread the people over there are clueless.

Talk to my rep and he states and agrees that majority of the reps have no training. I walk into my store hours ago. He ask if I got the expo and I show it to him stating to him you have not played with it before and he said no they were not allow to have that phone(expo) in the store something about security from theft leaving them with no hint of experience with the phone how to teach us(consumer) on how to use it. What I afraid of the rumor of out of stock expos if I need a replacement will I get.

I had thought about sending out an anouncement when i made the poll, but thought some might think it chessy lol. We can get a reflection of whom uses what, on which carrier, an where they got it from now though, so a win-win. WR |

AT&T for me and Dark I know what you mean about no support from AT&T most of the reps I have talked to either have no nothing about it or never seen it and question how i got one(its especially fun when I go to Bestbuy and they try to sell me a phone and they ask what phone I have now).

AT&T for me.
Thank goodness online forums were invited because without you guys i would be alone since AT&T wont help. Everytime I go into the stupid stores the rep just looks at me dumbfounded that someone actually has an eXpo. Next he asks were i got it, and then concludes with I cant help you. Its so lame!
