I have small loading problems sometimes. Once switching between a text with my gf (which is 600+ txt history) sometimes it freezes up. I only have a 16gb class 2 card. Could this be a side effect of having that class 2 card? Thinking about getting this class 6 if it should clear out intermittent activity such as that.
This is actually a known issue with the messaging application - it is highly unlikely it has anything at all to do with your storage card. Once you pass 300+ or so messages, then loading and closing (especially closing) the messaging window can start to lag a bit...and the more messages you have backlogged, the worse it gets.
I'll quote Dark here from an earlier thread when I asked the same question a few months ago:
"I do remember there being a threaded messaging bug in 6.5. If you have a lot of messages sitting in the inbox this occurs. I believe they resolved this during the 6.5.1 development stage since we never ran across this problem in those builds."
