Well, ever since I got the projector I was looking for a solution to better sound output while running the projector and I final pulled the trigger on the Altec Lansing t515.  All I can say is Wow.. what a cool device, shame they actually have discontinued it.  There are still quite a few vendors with them in stock and for sale at a pretty good price considering they originally went for over $150 new.

Heres a basic description of the unit and what comes with it.  It is a a stereo bluetooth pendant that is able to use your own ear buds or headphones via a 3.5mm jack. What I really liked is that it comes with a speaker set that the pendant docks with.  It is kind of an all in one system.

Itemized list of what is included

Stereo Pendant A2DP with clip
Speakers/ docking station for the pendant that uses 4 AAA bateries or AC power cord
AC power cord
USB Power cord
Male 3.5mm to Male 3.5mm cord to plug into your cars Aux input or your computers input
Set of earbuds  (nothing special but not bad)
Case for Speakers Nice to keep the speakers from getting scratched while transporting.

Seeing that our Expo/IQ's don't have a dedicated headphone jack if your using it for streaming music you'll kill your battery in what seems like a really short time and then you have to charge it up.  With the Bluetooth I can keep the expo on the charger and stream all day.  I love that you can use your own Earbuds or whatever headset with 3.5mm jack.

I also like the fact that it is Altec Lansing and the sound is really quite good.  I am really surprise with the sound output for the speakers as they are really rather small but provide a nice rich sound.  I use this for when I'm using my projector as the projector really can kill our batteries quickly and now I can watch a couple of movies with good sound and not have the battery die in the midle of a movie.

Another little plus was the male to male 3.5 cable that I can use to plug into my cars aux input so my streaming Pandora radio and Slacker radio goes with me in the car which is a real plus.

I was originally going to try the Sony Bluetooth Speaker but when I found this the complete package was what really sold me and now having had it a few days I'm really happy with this unit.  The Pendant can be charged with either the AC power adapter or the USB cord as well as charging when it is in the docking port in the speakers.  The Pendant has about 7 hours play time per charge and I've seen at least 6 hours continuous, I'll see if I can verify the full 7.  The Speakers are able to run on 4 AAA as well so if your wanting to use these outside they work off batteries as well.  I've not checked on the run time on the speakers as I usually have them plugged in.

If this sounds like something you might like I suggest you get one soon as they have been discontinued.  I got mine from All4Cellular.com and only paid $39.95 plus shipping.  And for the price you can't beat it.

If you have any questions feel free, I'll try my best to answer

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it.  Just got over 9 hours of music playing on the pendant at work today. Wanted to see how the battery held up, and it was better than advertised so another plus.  I can leave my phone on my desk and make it to the break room for coffee and the printer and still be within range.  I'd say approx 30 to 40' is max though.
