If we all write to them complaining maybe we can get somewhere with getting a firmware update and other support. As just saying, we want 6.5.3 or the like will fail completly, even HTC if i'm not mistaken has not released it/(6.5.3)update for their hardware either. I did notice that it doesn't always function properly. I think it is a software issue. Also it is something new so they might consider fixing it. Another possible issue could be with MMS.
