I'm taking this poll on Opera Mobile which I use most of the time.

I also use Skyfire for the heavy flash sites, yet I don't use Skyfire for anything with a password as I don't like it going through their server.

The more I continue to use Opera the more I like it.

I like IE and Opera Mini.

I find IE may be slower but it is less buggy than Opera 10.

Opera Mini is great for non flash enabled web sites.

Opera Mobile is the best one I have found so far.

Skyfire is second and it does not require an account, however to save your preferences you do need one.

IE just plain sucks, both full versions on Windows and mobile versions!

When is Chrome gonna creat a mobile browser for windows phones?Huh? Thats what I would love to use!

I use Skyfire.  I tried to use Opera, and like the format a lot, but there are too many flash -based items it won't render.

Just curious, is anyone here using, or has used, the BOLT browser?

Tried it back when they released the original 1.0 version on my Tilt. It was interesting - kinda of a fusion of Opera Mini 4 and Skyfire 1.0 - but once Opera Mobile started supporting flash too, I dumped it off my Tilt and never gave it another thought.

Now I see they have a new version (2.1) out with some significant improvements:

I'll give it a spin and report back if I'm the first to try this on our phone....

BOLT 2.1 Review

Ok, ugh. Sorry people. Forget I even brought this up.

Can't really recommend it at all for browsing for several reasons:

1) Still a java app and acts like one. Has all the reaction time of a tranquilized sloth. Even on our mighty Snapdragon pegged to a constant 1Ghz. Unforgivable.

2) The "widgets" fail miserably - YouTube videos wouldn't play, the Wikipedia app is nothing more than a search box,  etc...

3) The UI is worse now than it used to be. It's as if Opera Mini 4 and Pocket IE from WM5 got together and conceived a baby browser while in a radioactive waste dump.  Even with the magnification set to "3X Large" there were still screen options you needed a toothpick to use and bifocals to even see. The way you do some things on the screen while related options are in the softkey menu is bizarre, and tap-and-hold is amazingly still not an option with this browser.

Clearly this browser is still trying to pander to all devices that can possibly run a Java app; from keypad-only free phones, to Blackberrys, to top-end Windows Mobile devices like ours.

In trying to appeal to everyone, it fails miserably to really work well for anyone.

At least, that's my take on it.

Thought I would add another 2 cents.

Browser of choice = uZard for websites where I want full pages and / or flash.  Why not all the time?  Does not store passwords.  This is a huge inconvenience.  I LOVE that I can scroll using the directional pad though.

For everything else = Opera Mobile.  Never cared much for the mini version, but perhaps I should reconsider.  Still haven't been able to get it to work with facebook videos, but you can't win them all.

I actually never liked Skyfire (fortunately), so its discontinuance wasn't a big deal to me.

I have tried about 10 browsers all told.  Many of them had potential, but as with everything else WM6.5, they are dead and gone.  /sigh.
