Even if you find a working one it is hard to play most games since our screen doesn't support multi-touch feature. If you can get the game working with the keyboard you it may be fine though. I have come across this one when I was using my Incite and it worked on it. It is a snes emulator. Here is the link:

I was thinking of using a combination of the screen and the keyboard.. i was going to try to set it up to run in portrait with the keyboard out

Followed your link and that emulator runs/works ok except that the display is extremely small(240x320 i assume) but i found another called Morphgear.. Morphgear runs very VERY nicely, and stretches(without distorting) the display, but for some reason our keyboards wont work when mapped to the buttons.. It enters in a number specific to the key but when said key is pressed while in a game it dosnt do anything. A few buttons work that ive found, like the taskmanager button, that enter button(which shares the code of pressing the fingerprint scanner or pressing the OK button on they keyboard), and the arrows on the keyboard.

My problem is almost all the other hardware keys dont work.. The volume keys, call/end keys, back key, nothing.. Cant find enough seperately mappable keys to make up a full controller..

Anyone think they can come up with a fix for this?

edit: correction, volume works.. call/end dont..

I have FPSCE on my eXpo. It's a playstation emulator with touch screen control support. You basically map the buttons to regions of the screen. I saw engadget show a video of it running on a HD2 playing Tekken3. I put it on mine and it works pretty good. I would suggest using the keyboard though. It takes some figuring out, but once you do you'll love it. I also use Pocket SNES. I've got about 200+ ROMS for it so I can stay entertained for a while XD

I downloaded Pocket SNES to check and see how it would work on the eXpo but I can't figure out where to put it and how to access it.  Embarrassed

Me = Fail.

Will keep trying until I either get it or someone is kind enough to lend me a hand in where to put the folder/files in.  Tongue

Edit:  Well I figured out how to boot it up and what not, but it keeps crashing Sad

If you like old school point and click adventures from LucasArts (i.e. Sam and Max, Day of the Tentacles, The Dig, Full Throttle, Indiana Jones: Fate of Atlantis) then ScummVM is for you.  It supports touch screen too!

I'm trying to figure out how to keep it from crashing myself. I used pocket snes all the time on my tilt, but haven't had the chance to really use it on my eXpo. I ran it and thought it was fine, but I never loaded a rom until a few days ago cuz i couldn't find my rom folder lol. There is just something about this phone that the program doesn't like. I had some issues with certain programs before installing the .net 3.5, but pocket snes crashes with either 2.0 or 3.5 installed. Not sure why...Sad the playstation emulator does run though. I've installed and tested it with the game "IQ" (old ps1 game)

Well there's compatibility issues with certain games I believe.  I ran Crash Bandicoot 2 and it ran smooth as silk.  There were issues where it would kind of freeze, or just stop at a certain scene but I did manage to get by that scene and play one time.

(Haven't played around with it much, so I figure it might be the file I was running or maybe I was supposed to push a certain button that wasn't mapped out yet.)

I haven't had any issues running legacy of kain: soul reaver, and IQ (the only two I have in ROM form). You can check their site and youtube for information on setup and other little tweaks you can make. I had to play around with mine for a bit to make it work. I think in this one you still have to have the correct plugins and bios files for everything to work right.

Scratch the above.

Got it to work.

However, there seems to be an issue with mapping hardware keys.

You can map directional buttons and enter button but not alpha numeric keys.

Anybody else have this problem?

So far Morphgear and Fpsece shows the only promise in working emulators for me.  Both run really nicely on the LG-Expo.  Pocketnester won't load roms, Pocketsnes crashes on load, or runs in a real small screen (on the wm5 version).  Unfortunately I'm having issues with mapping the keys also (on all of these emulators).  There has to be a solution to this.  Fpsece runs so nice on it, it's a shame to not be able to use the keyboard, and I sure miss some of the old snes games I have in the closet.  I'll keep messing with it, but I fear that I lack the know how on how to work around this.  Has anyone figured out how to use the keyboard as input on Morphgear or Fpsece yet?

final burn alpha is a good cps2, cps3, neo geo, pgm emulator...

my fuze ran sf3 decently, i'd love to see it on the expo (with projector!)

small update... my buddy's hd2 needed wvgafix in order for final burn to work...
update 2...
final burn alpha runs GREAT with wvgafix... i get what appears to be full framerate SF3 playing!
