I'm running dragon store rom. Recently camera no longer starts by either clicking shortcut or browsing to windows folder.

Any ideas what might be wrong or is there a cab that will re-install it?

Solution:

I think I solved the problem.

I decided to do a hard reset. After hard reset camera was working fine.
I then installed some small apps and registry changes. Camera was still working perfect.

I then installed TomTom7. After soft reset I receveived a "bttrayce is not a valid pocketpc application". I then checked the camera, it was no longer functioning (nothing happens after clicking the icon)!
I googled and found the fix for the "bttrayce" error was to rename these 2 windows folder files...

BtCoreIf.dll
BtSdkCE30.dll

After renaming these 2 files (just added "old" to the end) and soft reset camera started working again (as well as Tom Tom and everything else).

So I'm not sure but looks like TomTom is messing with the bluetooth dll's that the camera depends on?

It's not likely the rom, I have used all four 23568 roms with no such issue. We're gonna need more info to be able to help. Did you install any new programs lately? Have you tried a soft-reset? Please give us a list of apps and the exact Dragonstorm rom version. Somebody should be able to help out. You may need to hard-reset but give us some info first, it may not come to that.

Did you install Chainfires D3d patch?

If using a early version, will knock the camera an task manager out.

I'm running Dragonstorm - 23599 - IQ. Soft reset made no difference. When clicking the lgcamera icon or .exe directly nothing happens, no error message, "hour glass" nothing at all.
I did install tomtom 7, gpsgate and had changed the gps comm port. Seems like after that the camera quit (although tomtom works now Smiley ).

I did not try hard reset yet, just looking for anything else to try first.

Thanks!
