For some reason at random, I can't send text messages at all. I click on a name and try to send text and nothing happens no matter how many times I do it. I try sending a text through different links on the phone and none of them will work unless I reset my phone. However this is starting to become so regular that I don't know what to do. i dont want to have to reboot my phone every time I want to send a text.

Hi MCJZ85, Thats an odd issue..

Haven't seen anyone else ever mention anything like this, sounds like something you possibly installed, has tweaked/played with settings somewhere.

I might start uninstalling items till you find the culprit or remove the last few things prior to it starting this issue.

Edit to add, You may have to hard reset the device even to bring it back to stock settings, sometimes programs don't uninstall themselves cleanly.
