Another option is what I do sometimes: upload items to Google Docs on PC then download them from there onto your phone.
Detailed steps to do this:
1) Upload from PC- Sign up for a Gmail account from Google, then log in to it
- Go back to the Google homepage (
www.google.com) again and click on "more" at the top of the page
- Select "Documents" from the drop-down menu (log in again if required)
- Click the UPLOADS button in the upper left corner of the screen
- Click the blue "Select Files to Upload" link
- Browse to where the saved ringtones are on your PC, hold down the CTRL key while clicking each one until all are highlighted (no more than 10 uploads at a time is recommended)
- Click the OPEN button to add the selected items.
- Click "Start Upload"
2) Download on eXpo- Use your web browser (Opera Mobile is best for this particular site) to navigate to
www.google.com, click on "more" and select Documents
- Sign in to your gmail account if necessary
- Tap on the uploaded ringtones one at a time and save them to your phone.
HINT: If the download won't start by tapping on the file, go to the bottom of the page and click the link to switch to Desktop Version or Classic version (not mobile version) and ignore the warning that all features are not supported.
