Hello,
I love my LG eXpo, bought it on Dec. 29, 2009. It was back-ordered, got it in March. I just started using it full time for work etc... Downloaded Marketplace to get some apps. I installed Spb Shell demo. It worked great for a week. I decided to purchase it for 29.99 & did so, then decided to purchase NDrive for 19.99. I downloaded it knowing that it would take 12 hours to download. Started the download at 5pm on Saturday then woke up to the phone frozen on download page. I took the battery out to turn it off & then was unable to turn it back on past the Windows boot screen. I took it to our local cell phone fix store-Mobile Madness, they showed me how to restore it. I did this thinking that it would work fine, but still had issues. I downloaded marketplace again to get my 2 apps & same problem continued.... I am now without my phone that is much needed and used for my Mom's business. I am awaiting a refurbished replacement from ATT as it is still under warranty. Any suggestions, please!!!!

Thanks for anything you can help me out with,
T

You could try flashing the rom. If you are going to have to send it back, I would stick with an LG rom, probably V10G. Sometimes when the registry gets out of whack, which can happen from a partial install of an app, a hard reset does not clear it up. Flashing the rom will overwrite the registry. It does not however completely format the memory. So after flashing, if you can get through the set-up, you should do another hard reset to clear any remaining errors from the previous install. You can find flashing instructions here:

http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-rom-development/how-to-flash-your-expoiq/

and the V10G rom update here:

Let us know how this works out for you.
