(Re-posted here from Expo/IQ Tweaker thread)

I can at least respond to #2 now:

Auto-rotation stopped the moment the g-sensor programs I opened accessed the accelerometer (Resco Bubbles, NavTetris and BoingGLES tested), before I exited any of them.

"It relies on the LG gsensor libraries. That would explain why a soft reset places the autorotation settings back to normal as the LG libraries override the reg. keys without affecting them at times."  - Is it possible then that a small executable could be written that would simply force a reset/flush/overwrite to defaults of those libraries  (and therefore a shortcut to it could be created for Today screens or other UI/shells) ??  Just a thought....

Well I hope someone that has these games installed will throw some feedback here.

I believe it was one of us here that originally pestered Chainfire into helping us with this issue, Lets get on this please.

I have no games installed or the sensor lib, I would be starting from scratch to go through the routine.

So what i'd like to find now is someone who knows enough to delve into the hardware/drivers of the phone and make a fix/patch(i think it will just be a dll file, thats what ive seen for other devices) so we can use gsensor apps made for HTC devices(since thats the most popular). If anyone knows anyone who can, or can themselves, let me know by message it would be much appreciated. And of course I would be willing to pay for such services.

I am a new LG Fathom owner, and I stumbled into this thread while searching for the same solution.

IMHO, what I think that is needed is something like the Sensor API found in HTCSensorSDK.dll, but obviously, supports the LG accelerometer hardware.  Now, it might need to be named HTCSensorSDK.dll because I have a feeling that apps (games?) which use it, look specifically for that name.

I would be willing to pay a reasonable price for such a driver too (and be willing to test too).
