i am trying to set up active sync with my pc and phone to upgrade my expo's software but idk what to do.


i tried to do it dark said via bluetooth but i checked and my bluetooth is acting wierd and cannot find devices or be found by them.

i downloaded mobile device center for my pc since i have vista but i dont know what to do from there


what can i do?

Without a cable, I can't really help you.

I would imagine it would need the initial connection through one, but I am not sure.

Hold tight, someone may be able to pitch some more on it yet.. Wink

You can do it without a cable. Vista and 7 are paranoid, you have to convince them to trust your eXpo before you can pair with it. I have a spare HDD for my laptop, it has Vista installed. I will look into it, but it's going to take me a little time to swap hard drives and download WMDC.

I am currently connected to WMDC (Vista) via bluetooth. Th eXpo was never connected by data cable. I posted a short tutorial:
