You can try Microsoft MyPhone.  I know it will backup your text messages and anything in My Documents if you want.  I'm not sure if you will be able to backup the e-mail account settings though.  I've never tried.

I enter all my e-mail account settings after every flash. I have 7 accounts set up. It finds the info automatically though, so it's not too tough. Not like I flash every weekend.

Latest Dragonstorm is 23139; the list is newest on top and gets older as you move down.

Yes, I use Dragonstorm 23139. The only problem I have experienced is Opera can sometimes crash when rotating from portrait to landscape. It's a very fast and stable rom with plenty of space to install apps you will actually use.

I couldn't stand having the start bubble at the top. It just felt wrong. Since Dark cooked in most of the big tweaks, it is a lot smoother experience compared to the LG roms in just about every way. The only reason I keep the original rom around is in case I have to send the eXpo in for repairs.
