So mad props to the community for distributing the SMS and Email fixes in the notification tab. LG's solution in the Messages->Menu->Message Settings->Notifications
is just simply inadequate. The ringtones that are allowed to be used are very minimal. Ding Dong seriously?

Anyway this is how to add almost all of those notifications to the proper place in the Windows notifications window

Since this is for the registry back it up before you change anything.
All the notifications that are displayed in the settings tab can be traced to the following location
HKCU->ControlPanel->Notifications

In here you should see some funky looking letter number combos. This is where the SMS/Email notification fix is implemented.

So if you start browsing around all these funky numbers you will notice that the
{A877D65B-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}
has the words Message: New message in the Default tab.
So it seems if you link the correct Number letter combo to the right action on the phone you can add all of these to the notifications tab
Problem: How do you know which one belongs to who? Trial and error is how i did it

For example,

{6FF026FE-4D22-4f4b-932B-59D6046F4E57}

i found to be the NEW MMS notification. If you receive a new mms you can set that to a specific ringtone

So how can we add it to the notifications tab?
Quite simple actually since we already deciphered what code is for New MMS
all you have to do is add the following
Select the {6FF026FE-4D22-4f4b-932B-59D6046F4E57} key and look at the right panel
You should see
AvailableOptions
Duration
Options
Wave

All you do is add a NEW STRING Value and call it Default
Set the value to whatever you want it to mean to you i set the value to Message: New MMS

The only other thing that you might want to set is the AvailableOptions to a value of 0
this is how the notification tab knows what options to enable such as display message on screen, show light and so forth. Totally optional i found

Some other useful notifications
{7959EDFA-4D0F-41b3-9E8F-13714BED6CE0} = Downloading MMS
{CADD854C-FCC6-493e-BF21-7A33729B9F1E} = MMS Sent
{A877D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408} = Low battery warning

Hopefully this has been useful. Its a good way to enhance your notifications instead of having LG control them.
