Let's start with the title of your thread. The LG eXpo and IQ have WM 6.5 from the factory. Next, let's move on to your question, it sounds as if you have performed a hard reset. If you restart the phone, it will have all factory settings and you will have to set up again. Go ahead and run through the screen calibration and re-install all of your programs. If you want to know whether you have eXpo or IQ, click Start>Settings>System Information. Click the + next to Device Info. The GW820 is the eXpo, the GW825 is the IQ.

So will make a fresh start I not so well I know English
I have made update at me there was version V06q I has made on V10g update compete success
After that it shows LG and then the black screen and on it is written Factory reset is complete The device performs a clean boot on its next boot

I think you should try a hard reset. There are instructions at the following thread:

Try flashing the rom again. 10G should work for your eXpo. If that doesn't help, download Dark's 23139 rom and flash with that. If flashing doesn't get it working, you may need to try to get it repaired or exchanged under warranty.

I would call LG. The phone has been out less than a year. They should all be under warranty, unless it has been refurbed. I have not seen V06Q, mine came with  10D.

I work in a GSM service and I have friends who are engaged in firmware but even they can not do one last chance probably give to LG service But I still wait
