I could not install it because the version on the device was newer than the version I attempted to install (there must be multiple versions of 3.5). So installed 3.7 and it is now checked as the default within Tweaker. Went into the autorotation manager and Tweaker still crashed. I will keep digging. About it crashing, I'd look in the tweaker thread some more about that. Full global rotate is kind of annoying at times for myself, though it works.
