hi guys Im sure you must find that very annoying as well. when you send a message, the text starts flickering or moving up and down as it accomodates, making us feel like dizzy. is there a way to stop that transition effect? also is there maybe a better visual interface to manage text messages? thx

Hey Ewarez, It flickers?

I am not sure I understand that,.. can you explain a bit more please?

If its the transitional effect of when the text slides up when you send a message, I don't think there's anything one can do about that.

Though, I may not be on the right track here.

Exactly bro, when you send or receive a text message, the text moves up and down. that transitiona effect is really annoying. when you have lots of girlfriends and you text a lot it makes you dizzy XD. Well, actually the whole text message interface is very old fashioned, ugly and basic. I will research a bit to see if there's a solution to stop that effect and also if there's an alternative interface for texting. I'm curious to find out if Im the only one unhappy about this. Cheers

You could also try this:

At least would make things better looking, if not less confusing, when juggling all your girlfriends  Wink

thanks rc and everyone, the texting skins make bad use of the space and still flicker, i dont like that. and the spb mobile shell interface is useless. guess we're stuck with flickering transitions until windows seven!! can't wait XD. but thats a tiny detail. the lg expo by far is the best mobile phone on the planet. unbeatable!! nothing better

I must agree with you completely. LG Didnt do a good job on the messaging for this phone and the MS one is well as you said, not very visually impressive, and slow, AND I found it to be unstablle when you have over 200 txts
