LG Expo Alarm Settings

Honestly the best/easiest option (as opposed to a prolonged back and forth to trying to get all that LG stuff to work the way you want) is that I would just recommend using G-alarm, which is much better than the standard WM alarm IMO. I attached the link below for another thread containing version 1.5, which is the last version it was still freeware:

V1.5 pretty much has all the basic features you would need, however, if you do like it you could consider getting the latest version which has additional features from the link below:

No need to activate it at all it's freeware. It's a .cab file so all you have to do is transfer the .cab file you downloaded onto your phone, navigate to it via file browser, and click on it to install.
