I've been doing searches on here and I would like to get rid of some of the icons that are on the LG home page.  The screen seems to be getting longer cause there are a lot of unused icons and I'd just like to get rid of them.  I've not found any topic on this so if anyone could help me out with this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your help and attention to this.

Are you talking about the LG menu or the Lg Idles UI? If you are talking about the Lg menu here is a link that may help.

http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-rom-development/hacking-lg-menu/

Although when I tried it the results weren't as i expected.

If you are talking about the LG Idles UI then your out of luck. As far as we know there is no way to change what appears on the screen.

To remove icons from the WinMo Start menu, use File Explorer (or similar) to navigate to \\Windows\Start Menu\Programs - tap & hold on the offending item, then select Delete.

Ok. When you say home page it sounds like your referring to the today screen. Just follow the instructions RogueCheddar said in the post above.

I use a cab Dark put here eons ago to make mine look a little cleaner, then use Total commander to make folders and move all my icons about, note: do this from a fresh start, as some today apps link to where they were, so if you set it up first, no issues.

Darks Start Menu Mod thread

I'll attach a copy of Total commander too, if you need it.

Peace

WR

Edit: the screenie is old, back before we had Roms. I still set it up like this though now on the new roms.
