Hello This is a odd problem... I am assuming it does this even if you dont have any text messages. May I ask if you are using a custom ROM or if the phone is on the standard ROM? Also it may be worth it to try doing a hard reset of the phone if your data is all backed up. Well seeing as this is the stock ROM two things I suggest are to either reset the phone, or to reset and then update it with either the LG Official update or the Dragon Storm ROM. I honestly myself have never experienced that kind of issue... I will try and find the thread but i do know there was someone on here with same/similar problem that did get it resolved. Are you sure it isnt the Activesync that is causing your email to pop up? you could check the activesync settings.
