Every time I use the Live app to poll, i get this, I removed Live, an set up my hotmail an live account through the phones email account set up, then re-install Live and do not let it sync email, just messenger.

I did see this mentioned in other threads. I think I'll try that.

Do I really need to reinstall the Live app? If my Hotmail will be taken care of elsewhere, and I ONLY used Live for the Hotmail access (which is basically my spambait account), can I just leave it uninstalled?

The MS icon for Hotmail on the home screen was a nice touch; I'll miss that (for about five minutes).

There is really no need for the live app as you can setup hotmail as a pop email. Also, I prefer palringo for my IM needs, it's more versatile and works with other IM services. Let us know how it goes, or if you need more help.

I tried out coreplayer today to see if it was any better and I found that the network performance on coreplayer isnt as good as tcpmp.

Coreplayer tends to stall and buffer significantly more than tcpmp.

The only thing I wish tcpmp could do is read H264 media placeholders for more efficient streaming.

To sum up, based on my tests so far, tcpmp wins with a KO compared to coreplayer over a LAN.

I should mention I am using the latest version of TCPMP by Unit ZERO.

For best non local streaming - I recommend using a H264 media placeholder with coreplayer for reduced bandwidth overhead and better quality.

say - I don't know how to remove Live! (now that I finally got around to it)

It's more appropriate to answer that question in this thread:
http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-general-support/email-on-top/

But I've also had no luck connecting to my home network, which I had no problem with on my last WinMo phone. Any new trick to this? Can someone provide a link?
