Hello Smiley

Dont worry were all here to help yeah out so dont worry!

Now there are a few ways you can do this with your phone to the computer (one being Bluetooth but you wanted USB so ill skip that )

In your phones start menu there is a application called "DUN" Simply plug your phone in and turn that on and it should do the rest for yeah

Sorry It has been a while since I have used this myself. Someone else here may be able to help ya out a little more though

Good luck Smiley

If that doesn't work (haven't been able to do it with my eXpo) try:

Connect your phone via usb and wait for ActiveSync to connect.
On your phone:
Go to start Menu, tools and you should see an Icon for Internet Sharing.
Start internet sharing and you should see:

  Status: disconnected
PC Connection: Drop down box showing USB or Bluetooth Pan
Select USB if not already selected (believe it is the default)
Then click 'Connect' in lower left hand corner of the screen.

Hope this helps.

This is on the stock ROM. Not sure if the internet sharing was left in any of the custom ROMs.

I know for sure that all dragonstorm ROMs have it in there.

I suppose it may depend on the ROM you are using, but I just use the default Internet Sharing included in Windows Mobile.

Open Internet Sharing
PC Connection: USB
Network Connection: [your carrier]

hit connect.  As long as you have ActiveSync installed, it should just work.

Note: If Internet Sharing has Bluetooth PAN as an option, that is a version that was modified by LG.  I use the Windows Mobile version (should function the same) that only lists USB.

\Windows\IntShr.exe is the LG version
\Windows\IntShrUI.exe is the original version
