Former Treo user

Hi, all! As the subject line says, I'm a former Treo user - my 750 has been relegated to backup duty, like when I'm out on the boat, or anywhere there's a good chance of damage to my phone.
After phone-shopping for a while, I "settled" on the eXpo, and am I glad I did! It's a great phone, so now I just need to learn all about it, and this site is great - lot's of information about the phone and also, lots of great stuff for it, so it's great to be here.

Welcome to the forum. We're glad to have you here. If you haven't yet check out Woodhole's tweaker program. It will help improve your phone. There is a link to it in my sig. Also when you feel ready we have some custom roms for it and there is a link for that in my sig as well. Lastly great choice on the phone and hope to see you around.

Thanks for the welcome. I just downloaded Woodhole's tweaker program, and I'm eyeing those roms y'all have cooked up.

Hi 1Karma, Sorry for a late welcome from myself, was away.

Anyhow, Welcome to the Expo/IQ forums, and glad you found the tweaker app, it is the first thing installed by myself after a reset or flash.

Then like you said, the new roms, they are sweet, a large improvement over the factory stock version imo and a lot of others here as well.

Well, enjoy the phone an the forum.
