Hello from the Pacific NW

Finally got my AT&T eXpo 2 days ago, so figured it was time to say hello to everyone.    (Hey there Jug6ernaut - good to see you here as well as XDA).  I work doing technical support for a local software company near Seattle, and have three daughters (ages 7, 9 and 11). When I'm not messing with my phones, I love good books, music, and movies.

So far, just about as happy as can be with my eXpo. The advice given here has already come in very handy, as I managed to fingerprint-lock myself out of the phone somehow the first night! Hard reset (thank you WarRaven for the steps!) got me back. Going slow and steady registering the prints with the phone placed flat on a stable tabletop got the job done for all 10 slots - index fingers from 3 angles each and thumbs from 2.

Using a Motorola HX1 bluetooth headset - which I highly recommend not only for the excellent noise reduction and bone-conduction mode, but also because it matches the eXpo's look like they were made for each other.

Ripped a 10 minute scene from Pixar's "The Incredibles" to DivX (the jungle chase scene, if anyone cares) and played it on the wall of my little girls' bedroom with portable speakers attached to the headset adapter ..... and instantly became Coolest Dad On The Planet. 

I love this phone.

That reminds me back when I was in college. I was doing a work study at the tech support help desk. We had a phd call saying that their computer wouldn't turn on. We went to take a look at it and it wasn't plugged in. Sometimes I think the more degrees you have the less common sense you have.
