Hello! My name is Cindy and I am highly interested in the LG eXpo.

I wont be able to upgrade till June this year, have an iPhone for now.
But anyways, today I went into an AT&T store and asked about it and they told me that they wouldn't be able to sell it to me unless I owned a small business because the LG eXpo is meant for "business" people...
So I was wondering where you guys purchased your LG eXpos. Smiley

Thanks in advance!

PS: I know that the eXpo is a smartphone, but so is the Blackberry...but A LOT of teenagers/mid 20 people have the blackberry bolds. Tongue

Hi Cindy, cute nickname.. Cheesy

Welcome to the forums.

Now why their doing that is fairly odd, and i can't offer any advice as what to do or get it as I have the Canadian version of it the IQ, and its just, can i have one of those please, pay and walk.

THough we have a lot of Expo owners here that can probably throw an idea or three your way on it.

Well anyway, make yourself at home here at the forums an have fun.

Welcome!

Got mine on Amazon.com/Amazonwireless.com for $99.99 upgrade price. I have a personal ATT account and had no problems upgrading.  Seems like there is a shortage of LG Expo's.  Currently ATT.com, Amazon.com/Amazonwireless.com, and Wirefly.com are all out of LG Expo's.

Oh wow! thats amazing.
Did you have to be eligible for an upgrade at AT&T in order to get it for $99 at amazon?

got mine at amazonwireless. $49.99 AR (smartphone promotion during x'mas), the price was the same for both new contract and upgrade, so it seemed too good to pass on since I was upgrading existing plan, and esp. since the eXpo is a new phone.

anyway it's out of stock now.

learned about another site at xda: letstalk.com you can see if they have it for cheaper or not, cos they allow you to trade in your old phone. I haven't used it so can't tell you whether they good/bad, just fyi.
