Ok to install a cab do you put it on the sd  card while it is in the phone?  or do you have to take it out of the phone first?   just a general question really I have read everywhere and cant find instuctions on how to install a cab.  really new to this trying to figure it all out. 

going to try to install dragon storm and then the tweeker thing.  my mind is fried and I am blonde so you can imagine how this is going  lol

To install a .cab file you either need it on your phone or on the SD card that is in your phone. Then use the file explorer to navigate to the file where you have it saved and click on it. It will then proceed to install.

Thank you I really appricate your help!  AFter i installed the dragonstorm rom it is now not reading my sims card.  Can someone help?

Was this a new sim card with the phone or was this your old sim card from your old phone? I have heard of some people having problems with older Sim cards and transfering them into the EXpo.
