Hello, I just wanted to post a quick thank you for this forum and all of the information that I have read about my new phone!

The IQ is my first smart phone and a huge step up from the LG VX8600 I had previously. Thus far I have been fairly impressed with it and love it alot more after a few add ons and tweaks that I have found listed in the how-to section.

So far I have:
-tweaked the screen sensitivity (way better now!)
-tweaked the registry so everything auto rotates (might change it to program specific, but like it so far)
-added the missing sound and notification settings (thanks Dark!) so now I can have a custom ring for incoming text messages
-completed the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 update which has made a huge (!!) difference in how fast (snappy) the phone is.

There might be a couple more but I can't remember them at the moment. I do really like this phone and went with it since I have had great luck with LG phones in the past (this being my 5th one with none of them dying) and it seemed to have everything I was looking for (snapdragon, touchscreen, slide out keyboard, great build quality imo) and the price was right (thanks Telus l&r).
