Lets here you guys stories about pathetic cells.

Mine is the AT&T Quickfire. On paper this phone looked good, it was a touchscreen with physical qwerty keyboard, but I was wrong. The phone lagged terribly. It crashed on me numerous times during the 2 weeks of owning. First week of owning it, it stop charging. The phone batteries were recalled for 2 reasons: batteries getting too hot, and not charging (Junk). The second week of ownership the antenna goes out. I didnt receive any calls or texts. Those phones were pathetic!

My worst was my first. Couldn't tell you the model number. Got it through Worldcom back in 2000 or so. Was a crappy flip phone, the flip was just a piece of plastic. Lost the antenna within a week because the case cracked when it fell from the couch to the carpet. It had no features and a lousy display. It was like 2 lines of 8 characters monochrome text.

Damn, the best phone on the market when I was a sophomore was a DynaTAC. Geesh I'm old.

Compared to all the phones I've had; I'd have to say my worst phone was my first. It was one of those brick no name phones with a black and white screen. It was free so I got it. It doesn't even come close to what every phone I has since then can do.

Worst phone was my last and the one that I replaced with the Expo.  It was a Sony Z610.  The stupid thing got less than a day's battery life standby (!) due to a software glitch that made the 3G radio continually connect/disconnect.  And there were no updates.  Not to mention there was another software glitch with the memory card reader that made it seem to only work when the stars were properly aligned.  The software, generally speaking, was s...l....o....w.  And the nail in the coffin was the outer OLED display:   it had this hazy, out of focus look that made your head hurt if you looked at it for a few seconds.  Man I am glad that phone is gone.

Worst cell phone I have ever used was actually not mine, but my fiancee's. She had two different phones from Boost Mobile (Pay-as-you-go through Sprint) Both were the absolute cheapest, flimsiest, most poorly designed pieces of utter Nokia crap I have ever had the displeasure of working with. And the software & UI? Nightmare-inducing.

I had to help her get those phones working properly, working again, or working at all period, more times than I care to remember. I finally put her on my plan and got her a Pantech Impact which, other than the MMS issue I mentioned in another thread, has worked great. Did that not only because we got engaged, but also so I wouldn't have to deal with that stupid Boost phone anymore!
