Update 8/21: * Because development has ceased, I've decided to release the 2.5 version of this ROM as well. I want to make it very clear that eXpoFlo 2.5 is a huge RAM hog -- even Opera Mobile doesn't render properly --- which is why I basically abandoned it. Still, if you want to try it out, be my guest. Past support/discussion can be found in this now-locked thread:

http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-rom-development/(rom)-(open-beta)-first-sense-2-1-rom-for-expo-(over-70mb-ram-at-boot)/?action=dlattach;attach=590Update 8/14: * Replaced Comm Manager with a newer version, seems to play nicer. Let me know if WiFi Router works (update: seems to work fine; bonus).
* Added Google Maps, TCPMP, Opera (Mobile, though Mini consumes much less RAM), and working QuickGPS. Combined with GPS drivers from the GW825V, locks are super-quick. For best results, download QuickQPS data, then stand outside and run GPS Viewer. Once you get a first fix (takes about a minute), soft reset and run GPS Viewer again -- fix should be almost instant.
* HTC Keyboard (Touch Input) kills the camera button's ability to trigger the shutter. No fix for this, just change SIPs when necessary.
* For those who don't like global auto-rotate:
http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-how-to/how-to-make-a-app-use-the-rotation-sensor/msg364/#msg364(thanks, WarRaven)
* Facebook and MP3 Trimmer are in \Windows but don't have shortcuts in the Start Menu. If you want to see all the pre-installed apps on your phone, use Total Commander to navigate to \Windows and then click "Ext" in the "Name/Ext" column header. This will sort the files by extension, and you can just navigate alphabetically to the .exe section. For reference, there are 265 .exe files cooked into this particular ROM.
* For those who miss the lockscreen, fingerprint lockscreen still works quite nicely.
Update 8/13: Sounds/Notifications bug squashed. New build uploaded. Comm manager is a bit wonky but still mostly functional. YouTube shortcut and .exe are in \Windows.
Update 8/10: Final version released. To change the wallpaper, replace file \Windows\tmo_wallpaper.png with a 480 x 800 PNG of the same name. You may need to delete the registry key HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\CachedBackground. Still no keypad beeps.
MAJOR BUG: Sound and Notification control panel is borked (including, uh, ringtone).
For now you can change the ringtone in the registry:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\Ringtone0\Sound
Update 8/5: Problem solved by porting XIP 21899 -- bye bye 80MB+ RAM at boot
Update 8/4: Was noticing some Wifi issues, pulled the link until I can sort them out.
Think of this as a crowd-sourced ROM -- I built the base product but it needs quite a few troubleshooters and suggestions in order to become as polished as possible. With that in mind, please try to phrase the problems you find as bug reports, and not as complaints. Like most chefs, I'm just doing this for fun and don't really need any drama associated with this hobby.
Notes:1. Hard reset after installation. For best performance, kill the stocks tab, crank down the brightness, and set SIPChange to FakeSip -- then soft reset.
2. Themes are problematic in the this build for some reason (it's 21749, the one that shippped with the eXpo). At the very least, I included a theme that turns the task and menu bars black.3. "Contact" and "All People" softkeys in Sense are borked, I need to finish researching a fix.4. HDWalls cabs are the best/only way to get customized wallpapers on all Sense tabs.5. Didn't skin/organize the Start Menu on this first build.6. Can't add links to Internet tab, probably a registry fix will cure.7. As usual, flashing is done at your own risk. Support for this ROM is a privilege, not a right.
