King, I flash your rom eariler while on about taking a look at your craftmanship I notice that there two task manager icons in the system folder one does not appear to work. Were you planning on revamping that or was that for some thing else. Hey there is a third one

Yeah, that's the stock task manager which doesn't work, I think it gets overwritten -- just ignore it. I included both HTC and FDC task managers, the latter of which allows you to kill individual processes a la your PC task manager.

King, first off you are the greatest! I'm coming from your sense 2.5 ROM, and I must say I love this new ROM.
Really diggin' the new organized , and the facebook integration!!

Only problem I have noticed which is kind of a killer for me, is that the  is ... It gets you into the camera app, but won't focus or release shutter. I can use the on screen for now, but its rather annoying.

I do have a few questions:

1. Do you know any good tutorials that will teach me to organize my , so that when I install apps, I can keep it so nice and tidy as you have done?
2. Do you know any good photo apps? The HTC one is ok, but you can't rotate in it for some reason, and I don't understand how to zoom in on an image.
3. I don't know if this is how sense 2.1 just is, but why are the icons seemingly not center aligned on the bottom row within the selector?
4. Would it be possible to get Microsoft's MyPhone cooked in (even though I see your kitchen got corrupt, I'M SO SORRY!)? It's invaluable to me. On your 2.5 rom, whenever I  the phone, MyPhone just seemed to disappear from the phone, but scheduled sync worked anyways... confusing. I need to test it in this version though, so it might not be necessary.

UPDATE: Yes, sense still likes to remove MyPhone from the start menu, with  to  except from its auto update. Any thoughts for a solution?

Alright, let's get to it!

1. HTC keyboard seems to be the cause of the camera button. Try changing to FakeSIP or adding your own SIP like FingerKB 2.
2. It's super easy to organize your Start Menu. Just use any file explorer (I use Total Commander) and navigate to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs. From there you can create folders within the Start Menu or simply copy/move your shortcuts wherever you like.
3. RescoPhotoManager is awesome, but it's not free. To zoom in HTC album, make a clockwise circle with your finger on the photo. Circling counter-clockwise zooms out. An "L"-shaped gesture will rotate the entire photo.
4. Can't answer your question about the slidebar icons.
5. I never cook in MyPhone or Marketplace, they are both easily enough added via cab.

Hope this helps, and thanks for the bug report and the kind words.

Right now the left soft key is dedicated to launch camera.  How do I change this to launch the video camcorder instead.  In other words how can I change the function of the soft key?

I also noticed in the people tab that the photo album does not work when trying to add a pic from the photo album.

You're right about the photo issue, only way to change contact pics is directly in the stock WinMo address book.
Not sure it's possible to launch directly into the camcorder through a softkey, MrPants would know better than I.

Thanks, MrPants. The other issue to overcome is Sense's dislike of changing softkeys. We'll have to see.

what is the difference between ninjajim expo flo and eXpoFlo Final v3?

what is the major differences betwen HTC sense 2.1 ROM and HTC sense 2.5 ROM?  what is the best version of 2.5?

is it worth upgrading from ROM 2.1 to ROM 2.5?

My gut feeling on this one is no, it won't be possible.

I one-offed a ROM for ninjajim which includes the WM lockscreen but breaks themes and icons in the process. Do not flash this build.
