I am in Hong Kong, just bought a LG GW825V. I want to delete the rubbish software come with LG so I am going to cook the rom on my own
(as i do understand there is rarely already ROMs which could accommodate traditional chinese)
Do post if you have any luck, there are a few people hoping to get custom builds on the 825v

but i have already updated to the V10d ROM using LG updater, how do i extract the rom from the phone now?

what are the differences between EXPO and IQ as well?
There doesn't appear to be any difference (aside from bundled software), as the radios are seemingly interchangeable.
I always assumed model numbers differed in Canada (lg's not the only one) so that phone companies could say it was an 'exclusive to them'.
