Clear Storage:

Technically, all you need to run Clear Storage are the main files (MasterClear.cpl + MasterClear.exe) and LGString.dll (to show the dialog). 

but you also need the following otherwise your phone will hard reset every time you soft reset your phone.  I assume there is a register that needs to be cleared after you do the first reset, otherwise the phone thinks it is supposed to do a hard reset on each boot.

Needed files:
FDrmAPI.dll
InitApp.exe

Registry entries:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\System\FDRM]
   "DLL"="FDrmAPI.dll"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\init]
"Depend90"=hex:\
      32,00,3c,00,3d,00,46,00
"Launch90"="InitApp.exe"

Time Auto Update

Without OEMMisc, you may notice that your phone no longer auto updates the time after flashing.

this little bit of registry code...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\State\DateTime]
   "NetworkTime Enabled"=dword:1
   "NetworkTimeNotifyValue"=dword:1E

turns on the feature and adds the option to 'Sync to current time zone' and 'Notify me when time is updated' under Clock & Alarms\Time.

You don't need this bit, but adding it will allow your phone to update the time when you change time zones.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Time]
   "UseNetworkTime"=dword:00000000
