Is this in Win XP or Win 7?
I had issues in Win 7 but got it running in XP... later went on to figure it out in Win 7 as well.
The files are stored in different locations depending on the OS.

Ok, take 2...

Problem I had with Win 7 is that it places the files in a directory that you can't really get to unless you type the path in the explorer directory. Mine would go through scan for the phone then would continue to download off the net instead of installing Darks rom. Is yours doing that or do you even get that far?

In Win 7 go to 'My Computer' you'll need to type this in on the address bar:

C:\Users\All Users\eXpo Flasher\LGMOBILEAX\SmartPhoneSetup

You should see a file called "SP_Starter.exe", run that one and you should be good to go.
If that don't work then let me know Smiley

*This is assuming when you uncompressed the file you uncompressed it in " C:\Users\All Users"

I have IQ and I flash under Win 7.
Make sure you use latest flasher, as 23599 didn't work properly. I use 21901 COM2 one.

Files are under C:\Users\All Users\LGMOBILEAX\SmartPhoneSetup

Make sure you run as administrator SP_Starter.exe and in XP SP3 compatibility mode.
