try opening the phone to the keyboard and holding the spacebar when you turn the phone on, it should put it into emergency download mode and then try to flash the new rom again.

LG never released an official update to WM 6.5.3.

There are a couple of custom ROMs that you can choose from if you like.

Dark has some custom ROMs here....

It's pretty hard to break your eXpo from Flashing.  I have flashed my phone over 200 times, many times with ROMs that didn't work and it's still works great.

I would stick with 23139.  Yes anything over 23090 is officially WM 6.5.3.

No I haven't tried it.  I actually build my own ROMs.

I will be posting some in the near future over on XDA.  I may end up posting them here as well, but there seems to be more activity on XDA.

ok will prob try the 23139...(figured the newer version might get any bugs out if there where any.) once i backup my email settings if i can. do you know if this version puts a "silent" option when the phone rings like in this site? is this your build by any chance?

That was some testing I was doing, but don't use that site, it's a scraper site.  Here is the original post...

No I don't use that ROM, it was not complete.

I was not able to get auto lock (without PIN) working.

Although, since then I have decided it is beneficial to have a PIN for security reasons, so I now use the built in Windows Mobile lock function.
