Hi !!!! I'm new in here and sorry for my bad english
In the update tool from LG CANADA my ROM is V10C and the tool tells me there is an upgrade (no info about it) so I made the update and it is still V10C. Is there anything wrong on my phone or from LG updater ?? Is there REALLY an OFFICIAL upgrade for my IQ ?

Now being a Canadian I can assure you I to have tried flashing the OFFICIAL ROM using LGs tool. But however I found the same issue you did. It refuses to ACTUALLY update it, however the only way I find you get the REAL update is, when my phone got sent in by TELUS, it came back with a note saying "software update" and guess what, it was finally different. So sadly, the only real way to update it is to send it in. (For Canadians at least) I suggest you stick with unofficial ROMS.
