When i type the code in to get to the engineer menu it tells me "Unexpected Data Value"

Im running the GW820 on ATT in Ohio
Darks V5 Rom

Anyone else getting this?

Are you using the newer Fathom Dialer?

If so, remove it an try it, I seen this error with it installed.

If you have tweaker installed, you can use that to disable the LG dialer. It defaults to the WinMo dialer. The fathom dialer is not uninstalled but it might work.

Unfortunatly for those people running Darks V5 Rom this seems to be an uphill battle. Using tweaker to disable the Fathom dialer did not work. i am going to try and install Darks Dragon Dialer to see if that will work. I'll keep you guys posted.

UPDATE: The Dragon Dialer also does not work, i am still getting the error stating "Unexpected Data Value"

Hopefully this will be fixed in V5.1 Smiley
Its not a huge deal and i appreciate everyones hard work and help in this forum.

At least it won't be long before Dark has his latest master piece out.

For people with a weak 3G but strong 2G signal, turning off 3G can lead to better battery life and increased cellular stability.
