I hate to say, but the eXpo was never set to have Windows Phone 7. I also hate to say that no Windows mobile phone will be getting an upgrade to WP7. We have proper harware all accept for the screen, but unless someone makes a illegal copy, we will not be getting it.

We have a non multi touch screen where as all the new WP7 phones have it.

Some are trying to get around this from what I hear, though I don't hold much hope that it'll be worth it.

Yes, as WR said, Our phone screens use a cheaper alternative called "Resistive touch" where as multitouch phones tend to use "capacitive touch"

Q : Will my eXpo be able to be upgraded to WP7 ? If so how , when , or where do i find the upgrade? If not what are the requirements to run WP7 that the eXpo does not have?

A : Unfortunately No, the eXpo and all other current Win 6.5 phones will not be upgradable to Win Mobile 7.  Below is a list of requirements with WP7 devices.

•  * Capacitive touchscreen with four or more contact points
•  * Two possible screen sizes and resolutions - 4.3 inch (800x480) and 3.4 inch (480x320)
•  * Sensors: A-GPS, Accelerometer, Compass, Light, Proximity
•  * Camera that is 5 megapixels or more, flash required and dedicated camera button required
•  * Three dedicated hardware buttons - Start, Search, and Back
•  * Memory: 256MB RAM or more with 8GB flash or more
•  * GPU: DirectX 9 acceleration
•  * CPU: 1GHz ARMv7 Cortex/Scorpion or better
The eXpo is an awesome Win 6.5 phone with great specs,  but it doesn't meet all of the requirements to handle the new OS...  Why?

•Doesn't have the right Button configuration
•Capacitive touchscreen with four or more contact points (The eXpo is resistive)
•Memory: 256MB RAM
•GPU: DirectX 9 acceleration
I think these are the requirements that the eXpo doesn't have.  It's really too bad that such good hardware won't be able to be upgraded to the new Windows...
