Strange, mine's set to rotate and all settings are flipped to true..only mine won't rotate....lol
I'm starting to wonder if there are settings outside of these that overwrite these settings. This one seems to be a hit or miss.

I'll revue it and take it from there. I know the other reg. edit for auto rotate per app works great so at least that one will help in version 2.. whenever I get there.

Ok, i think i see it now, did you change the keys of the rotate o,90,180,270 instead?

Edit to add:

I just checked them keys, an they were set to 2, i reverted them back to 1 each, an it rotates again.

Sorry. I forgot about that one. For those wondering; I was the one with the rotation problem. For some reason it wouldn't work. Then my phone sat for about 30 min - 1 hr and presto, it works. Strange that it didn't take the change right away.

Ok sorry, in the Rotate manager/exclusive/state/
theres the two main keys slideopen an closed, where if you set the accelsensor to1, everything rotates, right?

Well in the folders above, theres the rotational degrees, an i checked mine and they were set to 2 in each folder of 0, 90, 180, 270
I set them back to 1, an rotate kicks in, i think the app was triggering these keys and not the slide open an closed keys.

Or is there a ghost in my dragon?

Not really sure whick ones you were aiming for, so i asked, then spotted the other keys set at instead of 1.

I said this once before an it went over like a lead balloon,...

Clear as mud yet?

Ok, so we're in like flynt then, here we go...

Now in the slide open an closed, after using the app, they were never changed from 0 to 1.

THough in the Rotate to degrees keys, the accel sensor in there was set to 2.

I drew the connection that if the app wasn't changing the slide open an closed keys, then it probably had changed these ones as after i set things to how they shoudl be, it worked. Example 1 everywhere lol.

Ok, maybe mines haunted bro or others should check theirs too.

I'm wondering if the caps have anything to do with this issue?... those lines are taken directly out of my code. I'm in the registry now and mine are all set to "1" (rotate)... yet the dang thing won't.

Also, that first key should be set to a 1 by default through LG's Idles interface of settings/accelerometer on/off.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\AccelSensor > SensorEnabled changed from 0 to 1

So, maybe its setting it back off on yours, by defualt i believe its 1 already, idk, reaching there..

Edit, scrap that angle, i see them rotate degree key settings are at a 2 by default, my totally bad.
So, that still don't explain the slide open an closed not setting to 1 though...

Yeah ok,

I used the app to shut off auto rotate as i got it working fine.

It shut off fine as expected.

I re-applied the setting of auto rotate, it set the apropiate keys, but no worky like Dark mentioned.

only been a few minutes, il watch to see if it starts working as it should.

See... it works!...lol
We'll figure it out. I think we're missing some reg. settings. How can it go from working to not and back again?

Yeah, we're tripping something up.

On Dark's, it took a considerable amount of time to engage.

On mine, it failed to set the keys, ok, may have been my tweaks in way there, but after setting it so it worked an tested rotating, i used the app, shut off that feature, reboot, checked, it was off, then re-set it too on, rebooted, no worky, checked keys, they were set correctly per the slide open an closed keys.

So maybe now mines is going to take an hour like Dark's did?

No way in heck did i see the magic smoke float by!!!

Think I got it!.... just confirming now....

If this works then it looks like Version 1.01 will be issued.

...yep! Rotation Fixed!!! Just toggled back and forth twice and it works.

The Values were being changed to a string of "1" and not the dword value of 1... in other words...
1330 lines of code and I messed 4 of them up....lol

Update being done as I type...
